Recruitment is very important to Delta Gamma, not only do we get to meet and recruit new women through this process, but we also become closer as sisters. This process reminds us how special Delta Gamma is and allows us demonstrate to others who we are as a group of women. Recruiting new women to our chapter allows us to grow, build new friendships, participate in philanthropies, and make a difference in our community.

To the prospective members:
I am very excited to meet all of the LMU students who will be going through formal recruitment this year. Greek life is not for everyone, however, formal recruitment is encouraged because it will open new doors to friendship, opportunities, and possibly an organization where you feel at home. Through this process, you will meet many people. Not only will you make friends and learn about other organizations on campus, you will also learn about yourself. Delta Gamma is more than just a collegiate experience; it is a lifetime of loyalty, support, pride, and opportunities. On a personal note, I can only tell you great things about my experience with Delta Gamma so far. I have been so lucky to be able to call these girls my friends, sisters, and my home away from home. The many things I experience and learn with these women are more than I could ask for during my collegiate experience and being part of this sorority.
